Mr. Raúl Sánchez Rucobo
Areas of specialization: Civil, commercial, administrative, tax, corporate, fiduciary, notarial and tax litigation law.
Raúl Sánchez Rucobo, mexican. He obtained a Bachelor in Law Degree in 1971, from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). He has a postgraduate tax specialization studies at the Instituto Superior de Estudios Fiscales (ISEF) and BMA by the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE).
Mr. Sánchez Rucobo has 50 years of experience in the instrumentation, design, administration and operation of all types of businesses, investments and trusts. Mr Sánchez Rucobo coordinated the design, planning and structuring of all the activities needed for the execution of the first real estate investment trust (Fibra Uno) listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange.

The P.A. Fernando Arregui Ibarra is Mexican. He obtained a Bachelor in Public Accountant Auditor Degree from the Instituto Politecnico Nacional (IPN). He is a dictaminator for tax purposes before the Tax Administration Service (SAT) and a dictaminator for the purposes of the IMSS, INFONAVIT and before the Ministry of Finance of Mexico City.
The P.A. Fernando Arregui Ibarra is a regular speaker of tax update courses at the Instituto Superior de Estudios Fiscales, (ISEF); He is a professor in the Tax Course at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and is the author of several books and articles on tax issues.

Ms. Sugey Carrasco Mendoza

Law Degree: Lic. Sugey Carrasco Mendoza is Mexican, she obtained her law degree from the Law School of the National Bar Association (BNA), graduated with honorable mention. She has a master degree in International Human Rights Law from the United Nations University for Peace; a master degree in International and Community Taxation from the University of Castilla – La Mancha (Spain); a Master in Tax and Administrative Law from the BNA; a Specialty in Tax Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho; a diploma in Legal Argument from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and a Diploma in Recognition, Protection and Scope of Human Rights at the National and International level by the University of Cantabria (Spain).
Lic. Sugey Carrasco Mendoza is a ordinary lecturer in tax update courses at the Instituto Superior de Estudios Fiscales, A.C. (ISEF) and she has specialized in the area of administrative and amparo litigation.

Mr. Roberto Méndez Medina
Areas of Specialization: Real Estate, Civil, Financial, Corporate, Commercial, Fiduciary and Notarial Law.
He joined this firm in 2010. He obtained the Bachelor in Law Degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho (ELD). He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate, real estate and financial law, during which he has participated in the instrumentation, planning, structuring and negotiation of innumerable transactions, including the largest real estate transaction in the Mexican market.
He has attended various courses, diplomas and specialized seminars in Civil, Tax and Corporate Law, Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, Practical Analysis of the Scope of Anti-Laundering Regulations in Mexico and the New Amparo Trial, mainly in the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), Universidad Iberoamericana and the Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa (ANADE).
